Coach Clack’s older brother would later develop into Coach Holliday’s go-to receiver on the football field during their high school days, culminating into a GHSA Final Four appearance in 1993. Holliday would go on to receive multiple All-State honors in track & field and All-Northeast Georgia Selection in Football his senior year. Following graduation, he continued his football & track career at Western Carolina University and then transferred to Georgia Southern University to complete his collegiate career. While at GSU Ryan developed a love for flag football, where his teams won two collegiate state championships, in the Men’s and Co-Ed divisions. Holliday was awarded the state’s Most Outstanding Player. Following college, Ryan spent 9 years in Sales, eventually turning his focus to running & owning his own company, where he has been the owner and CEO of TAC Sweeping & Litter Maintenance since 2010. Ryan is the proud father of two sons, who are currently 3-sport athletes. Between the boys he has coached over 20 seasons of youth / travel football, basketball, and baseball teams, winning multiple league and state titles. Holliday was greatly influenced and mentored by his father, Hall of Fame Coach & Athlete Cook Holliday, who won 7 GHSA State Titles in multiple sports. Ryan’s coaching philosophy is derived from his belief that by teaching the fundamentals of the game and focusing on the development of a “High Sports IQ”, there is no limit to what might be achieved by the student athlete!

Coach Stromie has been working with Coach Clack for the last 16 years in the sports of football and wrestling. Coach Stromie started his career at West Forsyth where he was the head wrestling coach for 6 years, coaching multiple state placewinners and state champions. He has also coached at all levels of football from youth to Varsity, and he has a variety of experience at many position groups, including Outside Linebackers, Tight Ends, Inside Linebackers, Safeties, and Offensive Line. PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH
Having grown up with a wrestling background, Coach Stromie is a firm believer in the power of sports to mold young athletes. He was blessed to have a lot of influential coaches in his life that he considers lifelong mentors, including his father who was a legendary coach at Parkview HS, and those relationships helped develop him as an athlete and a young man. Stromie and Clack spent years implementing leadership programs at both West Forsyth and Milton High Schools that focused on mental toughness, overcoming the fear of failure, goal setting, and developing relationships that elevate not just the athlete but the whole person. Stromie is very excited to be a part of Flag Factory and thinks it can create huge opportunities for young athletes.
